Alameda County Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) contracts with community organizations to implement our programs. These programs are funded by various grants, which require reporting to ensure ongoing funding to Alameda County.
Annual Compliance Reports
Alameda County Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) has provided Federal, State, and Local development funding to 117+ rent-restricted affordable housing developments. In order to ensure ongoing compliance, HCD requires that annual reports and other documentation be submitted to us through our cloud-based asset management system. Multi-Family Mortgage Revenue Bond Compliance Reports
Alameda County HCD issues Multi Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds for affordable housing projects county-wide. For Bond issuances after 2000, CDLAC requires annual reports to be sent in by March 1 each year. If reporting is required for your project(s), you will be contacted by HCD staff no later than January to begin the documentation process. Income Limits »
Each year, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) publishes data on the median income by area throughout the Country. Alameda County uses this information for many of its affordable housing programs, requiring our partners to verify the incomes of tenant households living in assisted properties.
