HCD announces the release of up to $7,000,000 in Measure A1 Innovation and Opportunity funds to support emerging developers with predevelopment funding for activities related to the new construction and rehabilitation of affordable housing units. Anticipated awards are approximately $500,000 and will advance projects towards eventual construction. Applications are due by 5pm on Monday, December 2.
